Families change quickly. Children grow, personalities evolve and the everyday moments that feel completely ordinary now have a way of becoming the ones you miss most later.
Family photography is about holding onto a little piece of this stage of your life, without expecting everyone to stand perfectly still, smile on cue or behave beautifully for the camera.
My family sessions are relaxed, natural and centred around connection. There’ll be some looking at the camera, but there’ll also be walking, talking, cuddling, laughing and simply being together.
The photographs you'll treasure most aren't always the perfectly posed ones.

Your family doesn’t need to be good at photos
You don't need to know how to pose, and your children don't need to perform for the camera.
I'll gently guide you when you need it, but I'll also give you space to interact naturally with each other. We'll keep things moving, particularly with younger children, and work with their personalities rather than expecting them to behave a certain way.
And if your children are older? The session doesn't need to feel awkward or overly sentimental. We'll create relaxed photographs that feel natural for your family at the stage you're in now.

Your session can take place somewhere that feels like you — outdoors in beautiful natural light, at a favourite family location or somewhere we've chosen together because it provides the right setting for your photographs.
I'll help with location, timing and what to wear, so you don't have to work everything out yourself.
